I have renovated this sunny apartment for you in the quiet, gardened part of the Castle District of Buda, on Lovas út, if peace, environment and orderliness of the interiors are important to you - all surrounded by the best energies and services of Budapest.
The fully renovated apartment is located on the first floor of a villa building (top level) with a garden, in a quiet, one-way street. The stairway was recently repaired.

A garage of 2.6 m * 4.7 m also belongs to he flat, that is available for 30.000 Ft (75 EUR) monthly.

The flat is fully equipped and unfurnished (except for the wardrobe and the 160 * 200 cm bed frrame in the bigger bedroom). Common cost: 21.000 Ft (52 EUR), everything else is payed upon consumpion.

Entering through the front door, you arrive to the hall with built-in cupboards, from where you will be in the bright American kitchen-living-dining area with large windows facing south-southwest and facing the garden. You can work with Electrolux built-in household machines in the kitchen. One of the biggest advantages of the apartment is the huge 20 square meter terrace and the shared garden. The flat is double comfort: you will find a bronze-anthracite bathroom and guest restroom in one that opens from the hallway, and there is also a master bathroom with shower, toilette, bide, bathroom cabinet and a small window.
