Perfect for two

A spacious, sunny apartment (70 m2), near the city center and Semmelweis University, with two rooms (two bedrooms OR one bedroom and one living room); 20 m2/each is available for non-smokers. The maximum occupancy is two people. The historic building in the 8 district, is at the Baross utca and Szigony utca corner.

The apartment is on the 4th floor and the building has an elevator. The University is just a few steps away and a big shopping mall is just around the corner. There are some big grocery shops as well nearby.

Public transport is perfect to the city (bus stop nr 9 and trolley nr 83, just in front of the house) Metro nr 3 is a 4 minutes walk away.

The ceiling is very high, which makes the place feel more spacious and comfortable. There are 2 rooms with separate entrances, a dining room, kitchen, pantry, anteroom, bathroom, and a toilet.

The apartment is fully furnished and includes a washing machine, oven, microwave, bathtub with a shower, and TV. The kitchen is well equipped and comes with utensils and usual kitchenware. No dishwasher machine.

Rent is 600 USD /month and utilities, are usually under 120 USD /month. One small pet is welcomed for an additional 35 USD per month. Deposit two months (in case of a pet, three months.)

Available for a minimum of one year from September 1. from the English-speaking owner.

The flat was renovated a few years ago and I loved to live there.
